Travis Karpowicz, a certified public accountant (CPA), has been working in the accounting field since 2007, building a reputation for delivering expert tax planning, compliance, and accounting services. Beyond his professional expertise, Travis is deeply committed to community involvement. He has been actively engaged with various nonprofits and currently serves as the Executive Treasurer for Rotary in Rice Lake.

A proud father of two, Taryn and Elliot, Travis enjoys balancing his professional endeavors with family life. His dedication to integrity, service, and continual growth reflects his passion for making a meaningful impact both in his profession and community.

Brandon Willger

Managing Member, Two Rivers Accounting

Brandon, a certified public accountant (CPA), is a dedicated professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Since 2010, he has built a successful career servicing local government, demonstrating a strong commitment to community service and leadership.

Brandon actively contributes to the Rice Lake community through his involvement in organizations such as the Rice Lake Rotary Club, the Forrest Run Foundation, the Rice Lake Aquatic and Recreation Center, and the Rice Lake Youth Baseball Association. He has also supported numerous local non-profit missions, reflecting his passion for giving back.

A proud resident of Rice Lake, Brandon cherishes family life with his wife, Makila, and their four wonderful children: Nolan, Wagner, Charlotte, and Zane. His professional expertise and community involvement make him a respected leader and contributor to his local area.

Caitlin Eaton

Staff Accountant, Two Rivers Accounting

Caitlin became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2023 after spending many years in the workforce in accounting related and customer service positions. She has a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science with a Business Concentration degree from UW Eau Claire – Barron County and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Accounting from UW Eau Claire. She is excited to have finally found her niche working with the governmental side of accounting at Two Rivers!

In her free time, Caitlin enjoys the outdoors (especially gardening, nature walks, and day trips) when it is warm outside. During the cold months, she is most likely binge-watching true crime shows, catching up on the latest news, or simply watching the birds mingle at the feeders. She also likes volunteering with and actively participating in organizations within the local community.

Caitlin resides in Cameron with her awesome son, Sawyer, and two English Bull Terriers, Frannie and Rosie.

Deborah Monson

Administrative Assistant, Two Rivers Accounting

Deb Monson is the friendly and organized administrative assistant who keeps things running smoothly. She handles scheduling, client intake, and processing of returns with efficiency and care, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and the team. With her warm demeanor and attention to detail, Deb plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment.

Deb has been married to her husband, Phil, for 50 years, and together they’ve built a beautiful family that includes five children and nine grandchildren. Outside of work, Deb shares her love for music as an active member of The Gospel Notes, a band that spreads joy and inspiration through its performances.

Her passion for connecting with others, whether through her work, family, or music, shines in everything she does, making Deb an invaluable part of the team.
